Reporting Copyright Infringement

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
4. Your contact information including address, telephone number, and email
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate

Submit DMCA Notices To:

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the content provider.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the removed material
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake
• Your contact information
• Consent to jurisdiction in Federal District Court
